YTMicro has obtained TÜV Rheinland's highest level of ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management System Certification.
Recently, TÜV Rheinland, a leading independent third-party testing, inspection, and certification organization, awarded Jiangsu Yuntu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (YTMicro for short) the highest level ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management System certification, ASIL D. This certification signifies that YTMicro has successfully established a chip product development process and functional safety management system that comply with the ISO 26262:2018 standard and meet the highest functional safety level, ASIL D, for automotive applications.
This achievement marks another milestone for YTMicro, following its successful completion of the AEC-Q100 certification at the end of last year. YTMicro has become the first domestic automotive MCU company to hold both AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 certifications.
YTMicro CEO, Geng Xiaoxiang, stated,
